How to Add calls in Desktop app

Adding participants to a call in the desktop and web app

Note: These steps apply to both an active conference call and an individual live call.

- During an active phone call, click the Add button
- Enter a name, extension, or phone number. Click the green Phone
  button to call.
- When the participant answers the call, click the Call list
  icon in the upper right.
- Click the Add to active call
  icon to the right of the first call in the list.

Your screen will display the combined calls as a conference call.
