Inside Actionstep, Click on Contact Support
This will take you to a ticket form. To give actionstep the necessary detail to improve the server issues please be specific about what actions you're taking that lead to the problem, and if possible record a video using the screen record tool in the ticket form. For server issues (as opposed to other support requests), you can add [email protected] as the requester if you wish to avoid unnecessary ticket updates. See below for an example ticket form.
